Johnson’s responsibilities focus on effectively analyzing technical banking processes and articulating strategies to provide calculated direction and appropriate solutions to match financial institutions’ needs. He advises senior technology executives on strategic issues such as the optimal leverage of their remote delivery channels, organizational governance, optimization of their technology platforms and the strategic use of technology to achieve business and growth strategies.

Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Johnson founded Cave Creek, Ariz.-based Johnson Advisory Services, LLC, which provided technology advisory services to credit unions and mid-size community banks. Prior to this position, he was a senior consultant with Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Cornerstone Advisors, Inc., a management consulting firm focused exclusively on banks and credit unions. Prior to this, he held the position of chief technology officer of retail markets and products technology for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
