As Practice Director, Senior Consultant for CCG Catalyst, Frank Bria brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector involving data analysis, loss forecasting, customer experience, marketing analytics, and technology process design supporting retail banking. Frank is one of the pioneers of price optimization in retail banking having conducted some of the first implementations and pilots in the industry. He also has redesigned retail banking customer experiences for several large banks including account opening, servicing, and collections processing. His specialty is using data and analytics to improve the customer experience and deliver bottom-line results.

Frank’s experience includes consulting for 9 of the top 10 retail banks in the United States as well as 8 of the top global 30. He has experience with bank pricing and processes in North America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and Asia. Frank was an analyst for CEB TowerGroup covering analytics in the retail banking space, publishing many reports on price optimization, customer profitability, and customer experience. In previous positions, he designed software offerings in front-line sales enablement, price optimization, and loss mitigation analytics at Nomis Solutions, Earnix, Cambio Technologies, Response Analytics and Khimetrics/SAP and provided technology and analytic support to many operational processes at Capital One. He started his career as a pension consultant with Chicago Consulting Actuaries.

Frank is the bestselling author of the book Seven Billion Banks and has been a featured speaker and contributor at many industry conferences worldwide. Frank holds a Master of Science in mathematics from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Brigham Young University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
